Design Thinking as a Mindset – U.lab

This video resource by U.lab is Part 3/7 in a series of introductory lectures on design thinking. Describing DT by means of phases and modes illustrates the various activities that a team is engaged in. These activities are guided by a set of capabilities or mindsets that are being used in any of these phases. These mindsets are often viewed to be a condition for sustainable cultural change that leads to successful innovation.
