Connect the Dots: Mapping the User Journey
This free downloadable template is called the user journey. Understanding the user journey helps us better design each of the steps within the service experience. The user journey can be highly customized or basic, but at minimum should consider what happens along five points (which are sometimes called The 5 E’s): Entice, Enter, Engage, Exit, and Extend.
